The contractual partner and user of this Privacy Statement is Arty-Shock, a label of Design Studio Pietje Precies BV, Chamber of Commerce registration number 33292049, per address Roosendaalstraat 24, 1211 HW Hilversum, the Netherlands.
Arty-Shock uses your information on the grounds of “Performance of Contract”. This means that we will only use your information (title, first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and payment information) in order to fulfill and process your order and to send messages by email in order, for example, to inform your of the status of orders. We will use your address to sent you your product and in some occasions we will have to use your bank account number to give you a refund.
We will digitally store your personal data for 7 years due to the fact that we are legally obliged to keep our administration for tax reasons. Your name and e-mail address will only be kept in our digitale files as long as – and if- you are subscribed to our newsletter.
In accordance with the European Data Protection Act, you are entitled to request information regarding the data stored about you free of charge, and you have the right to correct, block or delete this data. at any time. Simply send us an e-mail to email@example.com and at your request, we will delete all your personal data in our files within a week after receiving your request.
Some of your data (title, first and last name, address data, telephone number) will be made available to our partners to facilitate delivery of your order. This forwarding is only ever performed in compliance with the strict requirements of the European Data Protection Act. There shall be no further forwarding of your information for purposes other than to fulfill, realize and terminate the contractual relationship between you and us, unless there is some statutory or official order to do so. The same shall apply to personal data you may have provided when contacting us in electronic or printed form. At your request we will ask our partners to delete your personal data, should they have them in their files. Simply sent an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure you tell us you wish to delete your data from our partners. We will make sure your request is executed within a month.
We take all technical and organisational measures to store your personal data in such a way that it cannot be accessed by third parties. When communicating by email, we cannot guarantee 100% complete data security, so we recommend sending confidential information by post.
In order to offer you the highest possible security, all payment information (e.g. bank details or credit card data) is sent by us exclusively to the payment provider. You have to re-enter these details for every order.
